I achieved salmon perfection. Once. :)

Just wanted to make a quick entry to post the picture of the best slab of salmon I ever cooked.  With every bite, I melted.  I marinated a fresh piece of salmon all day in a soy and brown sugar mixture.   I grilled it skin side up for a few minutes, then flipped it once to skin side down.  Grilled it a few more minutes, and it was AH-mazing.  Here is the photo.  If you have not tried a soy marinade on your salmon, you must try it.  I can't wait to try it again!   :)
